BACKGROUND STORY – Rose & Peony 1927 began life as a wallpaper design with 16 colours (a mark of luxury in wallpaper design). It was produced by surface roller printing at the original Sanderson wallpaper factory in Chiswick. In 1930 the design was first printed as a fabric and the pattern has been a Sanderson favourite ever since.
New Colourway – ‘A sea of fabulous marine hues and sea blue petals infused with bundles of lime and aqua, reviving the trend for ultramarine,’ April Sharman, designer, The Archive Collection.
FORMULATION: Key Natural Extracts unique to Rose & Peony 1927 include Palmarosa, a hydrating, softening humectant that helps leave skin soft. Calendula, anti-inflammatory and hydrating, leaving skin soft and soothed.
