Pricing Details & Acceptance of Orders

Submission of completed "shopping cart" order forms and their associated payment and delivery details will not be deemed as an acceptance of the order. Your order and credit or debit card details will be validated before your order can be accepted. Once that has been done, we will confirm that your order has been received by sending an e-mail to the e-mail address you provide in your registration form. Subject to further validation checks we may choose to make, our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding agreement between us.

We accept all orders for products and services subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be offered an alternative or given a full refund. We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase. All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. As stated earlier - orders can only be delivered to UK addresses.

All prices include VAT where appropriate.

Heathcote & Ivory has taken great care to ensure prices are accurate. Prices may change over time, so prices on any previous order(s) may no longer be valid. Correct prices will be applied when your order is processed ready for shipping.

The customer retains the right to cancel the order at any time prior to despatch, or within one week (7 working days) of delivery in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulation. If the order is cancelled after delivery, due care is placed with the customer to ensure that the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulation have been met. All cancellations and returns must be made in writing.
