Shipping

We ship orders Monday - Friday. If you place an order over the weekend or Bank Holiday it will be processed the next working day and shipped within 2 working days.

• Shipping and delivery days are Monday - Friday, with the exception of Bank Holidays. (Shipping times exclude Weekends and Holidays.)
• Products are currently shipped via Royal Mail, to destinations within England, Wales and Scotland on a next working day service.
• Delivery charge is £2.95 per order. Orders over £30 delivery is free.
• We accept all major credit cards
• we do not accept payments made with American Express

Returns

If you need to return your purchase to Heathcote & Ivory, you should contact us in the first instance either by phone on 0207 935 1975, by email shopping@heathcote-ivory.com or by writing to the address below. (please enclose a copy of the invoice, together with a contact phone number and details of the nature of the return.)
